• We will only be receiving select releases and will not know what titles will be available until the day of. All we can do is request titles and quantities, but have no control over the resulting allocations (sometimes we get our full request, sometimes we get few or none at all!!)
• We cannot hold titles for any individual for any reason; all items are first come, first served.
